Joseph is an accomplished investment banker and corporate finance professional with over 25 years of Wall Street experience. He has successfully completed over $35 billion of lead-managed financings and merger & acquisition transactions. Prior to Concentra, Joseph held senior investment banking roles at Citigroup, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse.
Mary Ellen Crane-Baker
Mary Ellen provides a unique perspective to our clients with expertise in investment banking and investor relations. She spent several years at Citigroup working on loan syndications in the metals and mining and retail sectors as well as spending time in the private placements and securitizations departments. Mary Ellen then moved on to LHA Investor Relations providing investor relations to small and mid cap-companies across a wide variety of sectors. During that time she worked on several notable IPOs including Medscape, Speechworks and Crown Media. With her breadth of experience, she has been instrumental in crafting client marketing and investment materials as well as corporate messaging.

Daniel is the founder and managing partner of Praxi Ventures, a Seattle-based venture capital, advisory, and consulting firm focused on capitalizing and enabling growth in pre-seed startups.
Edmond is an attorney with more than two decades of experience and has served as outside general counsel and in-house counsel for healthcare, technology, real estate, construction and hospitality companies. Edmond acts as an advisor to Concentra in areas including legal and regulatory matters. Edmond is a Partner at Taylor English Duma where he provides fractional General Counsel services to early- stage companies.
